Engineered for the Chevy Silverado 2500HD (2020-2026), this BDS 3 inch lift kit combines proven suspension geometry with FOX Performance Elite 2.5 dampers to deliver superior articulation and ride quality. The system maintains composure across demanding terrain whilst preserving on-road stability, making it ideal for both remote exploration and daily driving. Featuring a straightforward bolt-on installation, you'll minimise downtime and get back to the track quickly. Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. Along with the control arms, a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied upfront to lift the vehicle and a small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference, a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle.
In the rear, a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks ready to soak up the terrain.

HD Upper Control Arms
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most levelled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
