Premium Upper Control Arms for American Trucks & Domestic Vehicles
Upgrade your suspension geometry, restore factory alignment, and unlock the true off-road capability of your rig. Whether you are running a 2-inch leveling kit on a daily driver or pushing a 4-inch lift on a heavy-duty commercial workhorse, our collection of premium Upper Control Arms (UCAs) ensures your tires stay planted, your handling remains sharp, and your ball joints survive the harshest conditions.
Explore our full range of heavy-duty, forged steel, and billet aluminum upper control arms engineered specifically for full-size American trucks and popular domestic 4x4s.
Why Upgraded Upper Control Arms Are Essential
When you install a suspension lift kit of 2 inches or more, the factory suspension geometry is altered. Factory control arms are strictly designed for standard ride heights. Pushing them beyond their engineered limits leads to:
-
Poor Wheel Alignment: An inability to correct caster and camber, resulting in wandering steering and accelerated, uneven tire wear.
-
Ball Joint Bind: Factory ball joints will operate at extreme angles, causing premature wear, binding at full droop, and catastrophic failure under load.
-
Clearance Issues: Larger aftermarket tires and upgraded coil-over shocks often rub against factory control arms during articulation.
Aftermarket UCAs solve these issues by repositioning the ball joint to correct the caster and camber angles, utilizing high-angle greaseable ball joints (or uniballs), and reshaping the arm to provide maximum clearance for oversized tires and heavy-duty struts.
