How to calibrate your ORI roller shutter

Calibration Spacing Adjustment

Prerequisite

Ensure the ORI roller shutter is in the fully open position before beginning the calibration process.

Download the App

iOS or Android

If you haven't already, download and install the Smart CTR app from your device's app store.

Connect to the Shutter

Default Password: 123456

Open the Smart CTR app and connect it to your ORI roller shutter. When prompted for the connection password, enter 123456.

Navigate to Settings

Once the connection is established, go to the main menu and select Settings.

Locate the Calibration Screen

Scroll through the settings menu until you find the calibration/spacing adjustment screen.

Adjust Spacing to +20

Increases adjustment allowance

Change the spacing value to +20. Saving this setting will allow you to have a greater range of adjustment with your roller shutter.

 

Note to users

Modifying the spacing calibration changes the physical travel limits of the shutter. Always test the shutter's operation immediately after making this adjustment to ensure it moves smoothly and stops at the correct upper limit.
